All our products are carefully manufactured, we can assure you about our products. But things do happen sometimes, and we are sorry if you happen to experience problems with your purchase. If you bought your product directly from AXFlexmat.com, please scroll down to the footer area of our home page to register your product, and you will be eligible for our warranty program.

All AXFlex products carry a 1-year warranty, valid from the purchase transaction date. The warranty covers all product defects and provides repair or replacement or refund of the defective product. But we will need pictures or video from you to show us the issue.

For newly purchased products if damaged or lost parts during shipping, we will immediately offer you a replacement after you contact us at Sales@AXFlexmat.com. For very few products that have quality issues, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. If somehow you are receiving the wrong order for your purchase, please let us know ASAP, we will send you the correct order with the fastest shipping time, and we will reimburse for any shipping cost occurred for sending us back the wrong order. In any of the situations above, customers don’t have to pay anything. We want to provide you the best customer services we can.

The following situations are NOT covered by our warranty:
1.Physical damage due to misuse or accident.
2.Normal wear and tear.
3.Loss or theft while using our product
4.Water damage or any other damage or defect related to misuse
5.The product that is not purchased from us
6. The buyer attempts unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembles the item.
7. Item is damaged by plugging it into an incompatible voltage. All plug-in items have voltages
